Birth Services

Every Birth is special

Magnolia’s Birth Services

Child birth in the center is natural – which means it is not induced, assisted, or medicated. Birth in the center is for women without any risk factors in pregnancy or significant medical conditions. Our staff will be at your side to support you throughout your labor and birth. There are options to help with childbirth such as hydrotherapy, water birth, aroma therapy, low lights, and freedom of movement in our beautiful, home-like environment. We support your birth, your way.

“Birth matters, and I believe that the way a child is brought into the world has an important impact on the rest of life. Helping with that transition is an honor.”

Prenatal Yoga @ Room B
Jan 15 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

You are pregnant and your body is changing so fast! If this is your first birth, you’re probably wondering what is happening, and what will birth be like? If you’ve birthed before, you may wish to prepare consciously for your next birth. Using the tools of yoga, I invite you to connect with your body, your baby and your intuition to prepare for birth and motherhood.

In class you can expect to move with your breath and intention in a slow flowing practice with gentle opening, strengthening, breathing, visualization and relaxation techniques. All of the work we do in class will help prepare you for a peaceful and joyful experience of birth.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Classes are $15 for a drop-in.
Class packages are available (8 classes for $100 or 4 classes for $54)

PLEASE NOTE: your friends, family, etc are welcome to attend class with you, however they are required to pay the drop-in fee or purchase their own package. There is also a comfortable lobby for partners or family to wait while you attend class. Thank you for understanding that participation in class = payment for class regardless of your pregnancy status.
